Today Post::Buttered Spinach


As you all know, I love eating greens and I love spinach. This time, I tried cooking the spinach with butter and it turned out really good. Andrea even ate it!

Ingredients:
Spinach (1 bunch)
garlic (pressed)
2 tsp butter
salt
pepper

Directions:

  • Wash spinach thoroughly. Separate stems and leaves.
  • Melt butter and add pressed garlic.
  • Add spinach stems and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add spinach leaves. Turn it over a few times until all the spinach leaves are wilted.
  • Season with salt and garlic.
  • Cook as long as you want.
  • Drain and serve.

Note: I cooked my spinach longer because Andrea prefers a well-cooked veggies. If it was only me that will eat it, I will cook it just enough for spinach to be wilted.
