Today Post::Fried Chicken Liver


I like chicken liver. When we bought chicken liver in our grocery store, Dave asked the cashier if she eats chicken liver. She answered yes so I asked her how she cooked it. She told me that she likes it fried. That was the first time I heard that you can fry chicken livers. I tried it and it was good.

Ingredients:
Chicken liver
Flour
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying

Directions:

  • Poke the liver using fork. As many times as you want. This will prevent the liver from bursting when fried.
  • Combine Flour, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Dredge the liver in the flour mixture
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Drain in paper towels.
  • Serve
