I always love eating vegetable. I cook whatever is available in the local grocery store. When I saw that the store had a fresh looking bokchoy I bought one bunch and cook it.
Ingredients:
bokchoy (separate the white part and the green part)
pork
garlic
onion
black pepper
soy sauce
oil
water
Directions:
- Heat oil in the wok.
- Sautee garlic and onion. Add pork.
- Season with soy sauce and black pepper. Cook for two minutes.
- Add the white part of the bokchoy and add water. Bring to boil and cook until the stalks of bochoy is almost done.
- Add the green part and cook until done.
- Season with salt if needed.

This is actually a plain ginisang pechay!
