Beancurd Jelly

Ingredients:

300g soya beans
3 l water

1 tsp gypsum powder
3 tbsp cornflour
100g water
Sugar Sauce
250g sugar
350g water
3 pandan leaves
Method:
  1. Soak beans and blend with water into fine paste.
  2. Place blended beancurd into a bag and squeeze out the soya milk.
  3. Add in remaining water and squeeze again.
  4. Boil soya milk in a saucepan.
  5. Add gypsum powder and cornflour into boiling soya milk and leave to solidify for 20 mins.
Method for sugar sauce:
  1. Boil sugar, water and pandan leaves.
  2. Serve beancurd with sugar sauce.
