Today Post::A for Alkalic: Grapefruit Watermelon Juice

Felt like having lunch this week at our local mall, at one of our newer chains devoted to “exki”-site, fresh food, waiting for you to be picked at a counter. Downside is, notwithstanding the upside that the food is good: it comes with a ton of packaging, and it doesn’t come cheap. One of their ads for fruit teas paired grapefruit with watermelon.

So why not steal with our eyes? A great combo. Both watermelon and grapefruit are alkalic - not bad when most of our foods tend to be low on the pH scale. Here’s fruit juice pure, watermelon and grapefruit.

Meanwhile, Ilva’s decided that Heart of the Matter#29 will be devoted to foods beginning with an A. A for August and, hey, A for Alkalic! I’ll be on the lookout for alkalic foods beginning with an A. Read the instructions here, and do participate.
