Today Post::Smoked Pork Loin Chops


I have used a trick to have a taste of something smoked without the use of smoker. Well it works! It tastes good.

Ingredients:
2 pcs pork loin chops
2 pcs cedar grilling papers
garlic
pepper
blackening seasoning

Directions:

  • Soak grilling papers in water for 10 minutes
  • Wash pork thoroughly. Season with garlic, pepper and blackening seasoning in both sides.
  • Put the pork loin chops in between two grilling papers.
  • Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 400F.
  • Serve.
