Today Post::Shrimp in Sweet Chili Sauce


We love shrimp and this recipe is so easy and so yummy.

Ingredients:
1lb shrimp
2tbsp butter
1 green bell pepper (sliced diagonally)
2 medium size carrots (sliced diagonally)
1 small onion
garlic powder
pepper
sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup water
1tsp cornstarch melted in water

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and sautee onion
  2. Add shrimp and season with garlic powder, pepper, and sweet chili sauce. Cook until shrimps are pink colored.
  3. Add carrots and water and cook for 3 minutes
  4. Add bell pepper and cook for 1 minute
  5. Add the melted cornstarch. Stir until sauce is sticky.
  6. Serve with rice.

Note: veggies in this recipe are half cooked and crunchy. you can add salt if needed depending on your taste.
