We love shrimp and this recipe is so easy and so yummy.
Ingredients:
1lb shrimp
2tbsp butter
1 green bell pepper (sliced diagonally)
2 medium size carrots (sliced diagonally)
1 small onion
garlic powder
pepper
sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup water
1tsp cornstarch melted in water
Directions:
- Melt butter and sautee onion
- Add shrimp and season with garlic powder, pepper, and sweet chili sauce. Cook until shrimps are pink colored.
- Add carrots and water and cook for 3 minutes
- Add bell pepper and cook for 1 minute
- Add the melted cornstarch. Stir until sauce is sticky.
- Serve with rice.
Note: veggies in this recipe are half cooked and crunchy. you can add salt if needed depending on your taste.
