Ingredients: 1/2 carrot75g Chinese pasley4 cups water2 tsps oil Seasoning: 1 tsp salt Method: Skin and wash carrot. Cut. Wash and cut Chinese parsley. Cook carrot in water with oil added for 20 minutes. Add Chinese parsley and cook for 5 minutes, finish with seasoning. Serve.
