Spinach Noodles

Ingredients:

2 tbsps minced spinach
1 bowl japanese spinach noodles
1 thsp mashed corn

Method:

  1. Wash and scald spinach in hot water until soft.
  2. Parboil spinach noodles for a while and cook in soup for 5 minutes. Add spinach and corn. Bring to boil, then add seasoning. Serve.
